On this page we provide you with information regarding rights, use and storage of data on the website https://www.marinellaviaroma.com (from now on, more briefly, the Site). The user who provides his/her data will henceforth be named as the person concerned.

Purpose of the treatment
The data are collected to respond to requests for information or services requested by the data subject who has sent his data. Please note that the data may also be processed for one or more of the following purposes:
- follow up the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is a party;
- comply with legal obligations or regulations.
Please note that for the processing and storage of data that do not require identification of the data subject, they are not subject to the obligations of storage, access, rectification and deletion.

Data recipients
The data will not be communicated to other subjects, or will not be transferred to third parties for any activity, nor will they be disseminated.
Methods of treatment and storage
The data will be processed in the following ways
- data collection in a special database;
- recording and processing on paper and/or magnetic media;
- Organize the archives in a mainly automated form, implementing technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security and confidentiality of data, as per GDPR art. 25, and in any case not inferior to the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures, Annex B of the Privacy Code;
- all data is protected through the use of antivirus, firewall and password protection.
Rights of the data subject
In accordance with Art. 15-20 of the GDPR we would like to inform you that your rights with regard to the processing of your data:

Data access. The data subject has the right to know, through free access, the existence and categories of stored data that are subject to processing; the purposes of such processing, any third party recipients of such data, the period of storage, any use for profiling purposes; the origin of such data.
If the number of requests or the burden of meeting the request so requires, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. - Data correction. The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification or integration of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Data erasure. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning him/her.
- Data portability. In case the processing is carried out by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and readable format the personal data concerning him/her provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to which he/she has provided them.
- I complain to a supervisory authority. The data subject has the right to complain to a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data http://www.garanteprivacy.it/
In order to exercise the rights listed above, it is sufficient to contact the data controller through the contact details indicated at the top of this page. An exception is the last point in the list, for which obviously the Guarantor must be contacted directly.
